- Utilizing a deep understanding of macro market trends in the manufacturing industry, production processes, and customer needs to identify optimal customer segments aligned with our value proposition.
- Managing sales representatives by setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and driving the team to achieve their targets.
- Acquiring new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Developing and executing sales strategies with accountability for P&L, while making strategic decisions that incorporate inventory management and balance sheet considerations.
- Leading pricing strategies in collaboration with the executive team to determine optimal pricing structures.
